A3NoveltyDoc is a professional printing service operated by Guangzhou Xiayuan Trading Co., Ltd.（广州霞远商贸有限公司）. We strive to ensure every print meets your expectations but recognize the need for revisions or refunds under certain conditions.

Minor adjustments during the design phase, such as text edits or color adjustments, are free of charge before production. Once production begins, refunds are generally not available except for verified printing errors or defective materials.

Clients must report issues within a specified timeframe, providing evidence such as photos or sample returns. Verified issues will be addressed promptly through reprint, replacement, or partial/full refund as appropriate.
